We chose the name MiMixi because our Family name is Mitchell. We live in Michigan and my Husband is from Australia, so it’s a fun play on the word “Me”. Mi: Mitchell, Michigan and pronounced “Me” Mixi is a unique way to reference our snack mixes.

The idea for MiMixi started with a bag of pumpkin spice pretzels. From there the ideas for “themed” mixes took off, I am always looking to be inspired by certain flavors of candies or foods. Inspiration also comes from the seasons of the year for seasonal mixes. Seeing a finished mix of what I’ve created and to receive positive feedback is most inspiring now.

What is in stock online is what is available. I began MiMixi with additional seasonal flavors (Fall) with Pumpkin Spice, Caramel Apple and Cinnamon Sugar.
